coACTION- Sensor Tutorial Page 11 /31 17.1.3 Submit Your Answers Once you have answered all the questions in the questionnaire, click on the button “Submit all and finish” to send your responses. After submission: o Your answers will be recorded. o They will automatically be included in the coACTION Sensor results for your school. After clicking “Submit all and finish” , a confirmation window will appear. Click again on “Submit all and finish” to confirm and send your answers. Once completed, the status of your questionnaire will be marked as Finished . This confirms that you have successfully completed the Sensor questionnaire for school management . 17.1.4 School Managers Statistics By clicking on “coACTION Statistics” in the top menu, you will access the section where you can review: o The statistics generated by the coACTION Sensor. o The general information of the organization you belong to. o This area provides aggregated data organized by Countries, Schools, Classes, and Participants , as well as access to different reports. As a School Manager, you can access the statistics of the coACTION Sensor with extended permissions , but only within your own organization.
