"Uniting Voices, Unveiling Insights – Mapping Democracy in Your School!

The Democratic Empowerment Platform (DEMP) is the centrepiece of the project. All measures, processes, procedures and activities that enable the school to act more democratically are summarised here. Short videos, presentations, descriptions ... a colourful variety of methods shows the practical approach to more democracy at school.

"Empowering Schools, Inspiring Democracy – A Toolbox for Transformative Change!"

The coACTION Treasury is mainly a repository which runs with the brain of the project taxonomy, and compiles a variety of methods that help to implement democratic structures in schools. The methods are checked for their applicability in primary schools and prepared in a uniform way.

"Democracy Gems for Schools"

The coACTION democracy process: The ‘QA Guide’ describes how the school succeeds in introducing and sustainably implementing democratic measures. All members of the school community are taken into account: From school management to teachers and learners to parents, the activities range from what it takes to take collective responsibility for children's development.

"Building a Democratic Future – Together, Shaping Growth and Responsibility!"

In the ‘Year of Democracy’ pilot programme, 10 schools from the participating countries have the opportunity to get their institution on track. For one year, they are supported in the introduction of the standard process described above by the coaches of the coACTION project.
