BLICKPUNKT IDENTITÄT was founded as a network in 2006. Now it is an Austrian non-profit organisation with 17 staff members that offers integrative training and solution-oriented counselling for professional, private and health-related life issues. BLICK has been able to establish itself as an expert in innovative school development as well as in the development of new pedagogical instruments. Furthermore, BLICK has specialised in developing methods and tools for integrating disadvantaged persons into the work life. The range of services of BLICK covers individual coaching and counselling.

What makes us special … 

Blick has been involved in numerous different projects in the field of education. They have installed a successful early detection system for young apprenticeship seekers who were at risk of breaking off their training early. In addition, BLICK has organised training measures for women of all ages who want to take up employment again. They have also provided training for members of the Roma population in Austria, with the aim to qualify young Roma and Romja as trainers and counsellors so that they could subsequently found their own training- and counselling institutes for their own ethnic group. Since 2011 BLICK has been active in the prevention of early school leaving, their Stop-Dropout project having been firmly anchored in the Austrian school landscape.
